Hello Reader,
I just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you for being part of our NeuroLift experience.
It was such a great evening, and honestly, I loved seeing everyone come together, slow down, connect with their bodies, and experience NeuroLift in a different way. There was such a wonderful energy throughout the evening, and I’m so grateful that you chose to spend those few hours with me.
For me, NeuroLift is about so much more than movement. It’s about becoming more aware of what your body is telling you, creating space to release tension, reconnecting with your breath, and giving your nervous system a chance to settle. Getting to share that with you was really special.
A huge thank you as well to Carole Franco for ending our evening with such a beautiful sound bath and helping us come into that final place of rest and relaxation.
I hope you left feeling a little lighter, more connected, and with some new awareness of your body that you can continue to take with you.
Thank you for showing up, being open, and making the evening what it was. I’m so grateful for each of you.
And I don’t want the work we started together to end when you leave the workshop.
That’s why I created the NeuroLift 7-Day Reset.
It’s a simple 7-day experience with just 10–15 minutes a day, designed to help you continue working with your body, unwind fascial tension, support posture and mobility, encourage lymphatic movement and help reduce stress and tension.
As a thank you for joining me at the workshop, I’m giving you the opportunity to get the 7-Day NeuroLift Reset for $85.
The regular price will be $99, so this is your special workshop price to continue the work we started together.
I hope you left our evening feeling a little lighter, more connected and with a greater awareness of your body. Now you have the opportunity to keep building on that.
Thank you for showing up, being open and making the evening what it was. I’m so grateful for each of you and excited to continue this journey with you.
With gratitude,
